To Send Us A Gun

Only send us your gun/ pump if you have discussed and agreed this with the doctor
To save your self costs and the doctor too, ensure the parcel is as light as possible. Remove all unnecessary accessories ie scope, mounts, silencer and if possible the stock too but I do need the magazine! (We accept no responsibility for any accessories sent in with the gun).
Use a robust box as damage can occur to your property in the post. (We accept no responsibility for damage to your property before receipt)
Pack it well – wrap the gun well to protect it, pack the box out to ensure the gun/pump cannot move about. Pay particular attention to vulnerable parts ie pump gauge, muzzle/barrel end, stock etc (We accept no responsibility for damage to your property before receipt)
Tell me who you are – include in the box a short note telling me your name, address and daytime contact telephone number and email address if you have one.
Tell me the date we discussed you would send your gun in and briefly what you feel the problem is.

Terms of repair or service:

We will agree in advance or we will contact you to agree the work to be done and cost, when we have diagnosed the problem or service required.
If you decide not to go ahead a handling fee/ return carriage charge will be made prior to the return of the gun/pump.
If you decide to go ahead a payment by debit/credit card is required for work to commence including return carriage and VAT or an alternate method of payment can be agreed at the initial discussion if it better meets your needs.
We will recycle all packaging where possible to save environmental and financial costs for us all.
